WHAT THE COALITION MEANS TO US...
Our coalition is hyper-focused on parent- and community-based public education advocacy, built deliberately from the ground up. We operate on the premise that sustainable education reform does not originate in policy alone—it emerges when families, caregivers, and community stakeholders are informed, organized, and empowered to influence the systems that govern their children’s education.
Through coordinated grassroots campaigns, leadership development, and data-driven storytelling, we support communities in identifying systemic failures, documenting harm, and advancing practical solutions. Rather than relying on top-down mandates or symbolic reforms.
Our approach prioritizes local knowledge, lived experience and sustained community organizing as the foundation for change. We center evidence-based advocacy, translating complex education law, policy, and data into accessible tools that parents and community members can use to engage effectively with schools, districts, and state agencies.
Ultimately, our coalition’s mission is to strengthen public education by strengthening the people closest to it. When parents and communities are equipped with knowledge, voice, and leverage, schools become more transparent, more responsive, and more equitable. This is not advocacy as reaction—it is advocacy as infrastructure.
